Friday Fun
I make two people out of one. What am I?
Friday Notes
- Please make sure that your child is coming to school with appropriate outerwear. It is a good idea to have hats, gloves, and a heavy coat at school along with a lighter jacket so that everyone has whatever is right for the weather at the time. If it’s cold and the students don’t have the necessary outerwear, they may have to stay in from recess.
- We are starting to prepare the Christmas Eve service for distribution. Please let Mrs. Hein know if your child will NOT be here for the service. It is assumed that all of the Christian Day School students will participate unless you let us know otherwise. The service will be on December 24 at 6:00 p.m. It generally lasts right around an hour.
- The deadline for Box Tops for Education is November 1 so we need to have any clipped ones here at school by this Sunday, October 27. Please remember that the program is soon going to be all digital. If you need help downloading the app or figuring out how to use it, please see Mrs. Hein or Mikey Oman for help.
- Our annual Christmas concert at Northtown has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 18 at 2:00 p.m. The students should wear black pants or skirts and a white shirt or blouse.
