Friday Notes
Last Friday Fun: A clerk at a butcher shop stands five feet ten inches tall and wears size 13 sneakers. What does he weigh?
Answer: He weighs meat.
Mid-term grades were sent home today. Please sign the bottom of the slip and return them on Monday.
Friday, May 13, is the annual Field Day hosted by our CLC school at Berea Lutheran in Inver Grove Heights. Please sign and return the permission slip. There will be NO SCHOOL that day for grades 1-4.
If you have not done so yet, please turn in the enrollment forms that were sent home recently. In order to take advantage of discounts, we try to order textbooks by early June, so we’d like a fairly accurate count of next year’s enrollment.
These are the final singing dates for this school year:
Sunday, May 15 (Holy Ghost with Light Divine)
Sunday, May 22 (Confirmation – Jesus, Lead Thou On)
Sunday, May 29 (Graduation – Go Now in Peace)
- Once again, our school will be marching in the Spring Lake Park Tower Days Parade. This will take place on Thursday, June 9. This is always an enjoyable event, so if you are able, please put it on your calendar and plan on joining us! Anyone is free to join us – you don’t have to have a student in our school. More details to follow.
For the Record
