Today is the end of the grading period. Report cards will be handed out on Monday. Please sign and return the envelopes.
Next week (Monday – Wednesday) will be the Iowa Basics testing period. It is important that the students are well rested and well fed with healthful foods leading up to the testing. We will be testing in the mornings only and the afternoons will be classes as normal.
On Thursday, the spring play was introduced to the students. This year’s production will be Beauty and the Beast. This is not the Disney version, so please plan on coming on Thursday, May 26, to find out how it is different!
Next Friday is Immanuel Lutheran High School Visitor’s Day in Eau Claire. The 7th and 8th graders will be attending with Pastor. That day is also our annual kindergarten visitor’s day. Next year’s kindergarteners will come to Grace to see what kind of fun and learning awaits them. They will be at school from 8:00 a.m. until after lunch.
Friday, May 13, is the annual Field Day hosted by our CLC school at Berea Lutheran in Inver Grove Heights. This is for grades 5-8. More details will be coming. There will be NO SCHOOL that day for grades 1-4.
