Friday Fun
Strange Laws in the U.S.
New York: It’s
illegal to have a puppet show in your window.
You’re in the giving mood and want to entertain the
neighborhood?
Try putting together a bake sale, because putting on a puppet show in your window
in New York City is definitely illegal.
Friday Notes
- The end of our grading period is next Friday. Parent/teacher conferences will be on Monday, January 15. Please speak to Mrs. Hein, Mrs. Nelson, or Mr. Schaller to schedule your conference.
- Someone gave our school a couple of boxes of used children’s books and would like to offer parents the opportunity to look at them and take what they want. If you are interested in looking
at them, please see Mrs. Hein or Mrs. Nelson.
- Work on the student fair has begun! Please be sure to ask if you have any questions. This will also be discussed at parent/teacher conferences.

In my spare time I like to: READ, sleep, eat
My favorite food:

In the future, I’d like to: be pretty good at playing the flute.
