Friday Notes
- We are working on Christmas Eve memory work. Even if your children will not be participating in the service, they are still learning the same memory work as the children who will be in the
service. Recitation days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as usual.
- We have Christmas Eve rehearsal this Sunday from 11:30-1:30. There will be a light lunch served at 11:00 so that the children have a little something to eat beforehand. Since last week’s
rehearsal was cancelled, it is really important that we have as many children here as possible.
- Christmas Eve rehearsals will be December 5 and 12 at 11:30 and on December 19 at 8:45 a.m.
- We sing in church on Wednesday, December 15. This is the annual candlelight service which is preceded by a potluck meal to which is everyone is invited.
- We would like to ask parents for help in reminding their children to bring hats and gloves/mittens to school. When we finally get snow, they will also need boots and snowpants.
- An invitation from the 2nd grade spelling class: Come to Northtown! What? Grace Lutheran is singing. Where? We will be near the Best Buy square at Northtown Mall. When? Join us at 2:00 p.m.
