Friday Fun

I have no feet, no hands, no wings, but I climb to the sky. What am I?

Friday Notes

  • On November 27 we will be drawing names for the Christmas party gift exchange. We ask the students to keep the name that they drew a secret because it’s fun to have that surprise. Mrs. Hein will keep a list of who has who in case your child loses the paper with the name on it. Additionally, each child is asked to list three items or interests that they have so that the person buying the gift for them has some ideas. We ask that the dollar amount be kept to $7.00 or less.
  • Please take note that Wednesday, November 27 is a noon dismissal for the Thanksgiving break. School will resume on Monday, December 2.
  • On Sunday, December 1, 8, and 15 we will be having Christmas Eve rehearsals after church beginning around 11:45 and lasting until around 1:45. We obviously want to have all the children here, but understand that it’s not always possible. If at all possible, please try not to miss more than one rehearsal. The last rehearsal on December 22 will be at 8:45 a.m. lasting until 9:45.
  • Thank you to those who signed up to host the Christmas party. We now have enough volunteers.
  • We are still saving empty toilet paper rolls for the Christmas party.

Last Week’s Friday Fun

I am something people love or hate. I change people’s appearances and thoughts. If aperson takes care of himself I will go up even higher. To some people I will fool them.To others I am a mystery. Some people might want to try and hide me but I will show. No matter how hard people try, I will never go down. What am I? Answer: Age
