What kind of fruit grows on power lines?
We had a great first week of school! The veteran students were wonderful at helping the new students figure things out. The first week can be overwhelming for both students and teachers, but we thank the LORD for blessing us this week!
Memory work booklets were sent home this week with kindergarten-5th grade. The students are given the passages on slips of paper in their assignment notebooks, but if they lose the slip, the booklet has all of the passages.
Since there is no school on Monday because of Labor Day, kindergarten will have school on Wednesday and Thursday next week.
Monday, September 12, is our annual open house at 7:00 p.m. The parents will go from room to room hearing about something that will be going on in each classroom this school year.
Our first opportunity to sing in church will be on Sunday, September 18.
