Friday Notes

  • Sunday is Confirmation. The two 8th graders will have Confirmation examination at 9:00 where they will show what they have learned over the last three years as it pertains to Christian doctrine. The church service will follow at 10:00 a.m. The children are also singing, so please plan on being here for that.
  • If you have not sent back the enrollment form for next school year, please do so by Monday. If you are not returning in the fall, please let us know that.
  • The school play is next Thursday, May 22, at 7:00 p.m. Parents are asked to bring refreshments.
  • Our end of the year “picnic” will start around 11:15 next Friday, May 23. If you will be attending, please let Mrs. Hein know by Sunday.
  • Sunday, May 25, is Graduation Sunday. As is our tradition, the children will be singing “Go Now in Peace.” This will also be the first week of the summer schedule, so the service begins at 9:00 a.m.

**Student Scoop**

Today, we had a field trip to Ft. Snelling. We learned about things they used to have or do in the army. Also, the 1st- 4th graders had butterflies in their classroom. On Sunday, Lilly and Zara have their Confirmation.
