Friday Notes
- Mid-term grades were sent home today. Please initial them and send them back to school on Monday.
- We will be singing in church this Sunday, September 15. If your children are not at Sunday School, please try to be at church by 9:40 so that we can warm up before the 10:00 service. If you
cannot be here, please communicate that to one of the teachers.
- The plan is to take school pictures next Friday morning. If your children would like to change clothes after the pictures, that is fine. The picture is basically a headshot, so pants will
not show in the picture.
- We are still working on getting a field trip scheduled for early October. Stay tuned for details.

**Student Scoop**
This week the students in grades 5-8 started keyboarding class. A
student had a birthday this past Saturday. Mrs. Hein’s birthday is in
eight days! The
7th and 8th grade science class did a science experiment
in which they determined if covering a bean seed with nail
polish
would keep water out of the seed. The school kids will be singing in
church this coming Sunday.
