Strange Laws in the U.S.
Ohio: Watch out
how and where you eat your doughnut!
The law says that, if you’re eating a doughnut on a Marion city street, you
can’t
walk backward at the same time. Walking forward and eating a jelly-filled
doughnut is fine, but if you go against the grain and walk backward, watch out!
Friday Notes
- Looking ahead, our Valentine’s Day party will be on Friday, February 16. In connection with this, the children should bring some kind of Valentine’s card collection box. If you have not
been at Grace previously, the students usually decorate some kind of box, bucket, bag, or bin for this purpose. They do a great job coming up with original ideas and everyone looks forward to
seeing what they come up with.
- We could use one or two more volunteers for hosting the Valentine’s Day party. It is the last party for this school year. Please consider helping out.
