Friday Fun
Friday Notes
We are singing this Sunday in church. Sunday School and Bible Class are at 9:00 a.m. If you are not here for that, please be at church by 9:40. The service starts at 10:00. The children
sounded very nice when they were practicing this week, so we are hoping the majority of the students will be here.
Christmas Eve rehearsals will be Sundays (Nov. 28, Dec. 5, and Dec. 12) from noon until about 1:45 or 2:00.
The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we will be drawing names for the school Christmas party gift exchange. Because our school is larger, this year Mrs. Nelson’s class will be drawing names
amongst themselves and Mrs. Hein’s class will be drawing names from just her room. We ask the students to keep the name that they draw a secret because it’s fun to have it as a surprise. The
teachers will keep a list of who has who in case your child loses the paper with the name on it. Additionally, each child will be asked to list three items or interests that they have so that
the person buying the gift for them has some ideas. We ask that the dollar amount be kept to $7.00 or less.
