Friday Notes
- Some children are having trouble with learning and reciting their memory work on time. K-5th grades have memory work to recite on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 6th-8th grades have it Mondays and Tuesdays. The assignments for K-5 are written in their assignments notebooks, also on the first page of this note. If parents could help remind their children to learn their memory work, it would be much appreciated!
- Book orders are due on Monday.
- Our goal for our fall submission of Box Tops for Education is $150. We are currently at about $70. Please keep clipping the box tops and send them in to school. The deadline is October 30.
- School pictures will be on Wednesday, September 26. After the pictures are taken, Pastor will edit them as he has time and you will receive an order form. They will then be ordered from Sam’s Club.
- Our first field trip is tentatively set for Wednesday, October 10. However, we are having trouble getting anyone to return our calls with confirmation of the details. Please start thinking about if you are able to chaperone/drive. The plan is to go to Stages Theater in Hopkins to see the 10:00 a.m. showing of Charlotte’s Web. Stay tuned!
