Report cards were sent home today. Please sign the envelope and return it to school when you come for your conference on Monday. You may keep the report card.
We are singing in church this Sunday, October 9. Please plan on having your children here either for Sunday School at 9:00 or by 9:45 so that we can warm up. Following the service there will be a potluck as well as our annual blood drive.
Parent/teacher conferences will be held on Monday, October 10. Mrs. Hein will send a reminder text on Sunday. Please try to be on time for your conference as our schedule is quite full so it’s important we stay on time as much as possible.
Kindergarten parents – please make the following change to your calendars. There will be NO kindergarten on Monday, October 17. It is rescheduled to Wednesday, October 19.
The weather changes a lot during the day, so please make sure that your children are dressed appropriately in the morning and that they have the proper outerwear for recess. You may refer to the laminated thermometer that was handed out at the beginning of the school year.
Please take note that the children will sing at Northtown Mall on Friday, December 16 at 2:00. This is a fun experience so we hope that all of the parents will be able to make it!
Again this year we will be thanking our school volunteers with a gift bag for Christmas. In case you are planning on doing your shopping early, we will be making 12 bags this year. We typically include items like candles, lotion, candy, or other small, inexpensive items as a way to say thank you. Any questions? Please ask one of the teachers.
