Friday Fun

Which 3 numbers have the same answer whether they’re added or multiplied together?

Friday Notes

 Last Friday Fun: What do you get if you cross a Christmas tree with an apple?
Answer: A pine-apple

 Next Wednesday, January 13, the kindergarten class will be providing hot lunch for the school. Everything that they serve will begin with the letter P: Pizza casserole, peas, pear sauce, and a P dessert.

 The following announcement will appear in Sunday’s bulletin: Please deposit required proofs in specific containers for each one in fellowship hall. Do not mix them together. This saves time for getting them ready for redemption. Also, for Campbell’s submissions—the UPC code must be included with the point value indication. You can also submit the entire label. Recently 30 points were not useable because the UPC code was missing.

 On Friday, February 12, we will be having our Valentine’s Day party. The children usually exchange Valentine cards. Because of this, we are asking each child to make some kind of Valentine box for collection of these cards. They can use shoe boxes, oatmeal containers, ice cream pails, or whatever they wish. Everyone enjoys looking at each other’s boxes, so try to make them original! They can be brought to school anytime the week of February 8th.

For the Record

What do you want to be when you grow up? Patrick: I still want to be a paleontologist.
